Data Protection Complaints Procedure
Silo — operated by Colson Studio Ltd
If you think we've mishandled your personal data, you have the right to complain to us directly, and separately, the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at any time — you don't need to complain to us first, and complaining to us doesn't affect your right to go to the ICO.
How to complain to us
Email [email protected] with:
- Your name and the email address associated with your Silo account
- What happened, and when
- What outcome you're looking for
What happens next
- Acknowledgement — we'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receiving it.
- Review — we'll look into what happened, including checking relevant system logs and, if needed, asking you follow-up questions.
- Response — we'll tell you the outcome of our review, what (if anything) we're doing about it, and your right to escalate to the ICO if you're not satisfied.
Who handles complaints
All data protection complaints are currently handled by Colson Studio Ltd's sole operator, Ben Colson ([email protected]), as the person responsible for data protection at Colson Studio.
